I liked it . . . I just didnt love it. I had read review after review for this series and bought the set since it had such wonderful reviews. It lags in places like the author got a little lost. I slogged through till the end. It never fully develops the relationships of her parents and then it ends. While it wasn't a bad story or a bash read it just wasnt well mapped out for me. It won't be one I re-read. If the author ever rereleased the series I would suggest she expand on some of the emotional aspects of kit and her parents.
Without giving away any spoilers, this was an outstanding series that fell a little flat toward the end. Loved it through the first 4 books, but Kit went from a pretty awesome character to a questionable lead in the 5th book. And then the 6th was just awful and I lost any compassion or care for her. I skimmed through just to find out what happened at the end. But the first 4 are really good, and I give the author kudos for releasing it as a box set.
I had book one of this series for awhile, but never got to it. I even heard people talking about it on both C.M Stunichs and Tate James' Facebook pages. Then I saw this Box set was out and I was like "Ok it's time I read this"Damn am I glad I did! This series is seriously good! Good doesn't even do it justice! It was AMAZING!It's got a bad*** heroine with SIX yummy guys! What more could you ask for!?!There are some parts some readers may find triggering. So be warned it can be pretty dark at times.I can't wait for the Novella to come out! I need me some more of Kit and her men!
All six Kit Davenport books in one? Yes, please! All six Kit Davenport books in one PLUS a little something, something scene that readers haven’t seen before?! Shut up and take all my money. From the first day when Kit meets Caleb and Austin, ‘til the last big fight scene, it’s all here for one continuous read. Even owning all the books individually, it’s worth it to pick this up just for the new Honeymoon scene. So far, Tate James can do no wrong. I keep waiting for it, but she surprises me with every new release. With this? She leaves us with the hope that maybe, just maybe, we haven’t seen the last of Kit and her men.
I thought I’d re-reading this whole series when the box set came out slower than I did the first time. Not sure if it’s possible, but I seriously think I read it faster this time. Just can’t get enough of Kit and the guys, plus all the other supporting characters. This whole series will make you laugh, cry, get angry, and a whole other slew of emotions anyone’s capable of. Hang on to your seats and enjoy the ride. Totally recommend it all the way.
If you like RH. The Kit Davenport series is the series for you!Follow Kit along with her men: Coal, Wes, Austin, Caleb and River to investigate Kit's past and her powers. This series will keep you on on the edge the entire series. You'll have plenty of laughter, action, betrayal and of course hot steamy scenes! The interaction with Kit and her men are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this series!
I already own the Kit Davenport series, both in ebook form and as signed paperbacks. I DON'T CARE THOUGH. I LOVE box sets! There is a bonus chapter in the back that is like a dessert. I bought this baby outright. No Kindle Unlimited, This bad boy is MINE! I shall be deleting the 6 individual books now and loving on my new box set. That is all.
I absolutely love everything about this series. An amazing story with amazing characters and of course scorching hot sex. I have all the ebooks of this series but I couldn’t wait too read the bonus content and of course I absolutely loved it. Can’t wait for more of Kit and the guys, so excited for the upcoming release of The Hellhound’s Legion.
